half marathon training week 2

Off to start another week of training. Since last week went well, but not awesome I think I'm going to repeat that plan and do 3 miles 3x this week followed by a long run on the weekend. Increasing mileage will have to wait until next week. It is better to build slow than to jump too high too fast and end up injuring myself. I have a long time until the race yet.
