I am in desperate need of a kick in the butt! I have been slacking with my workouts, eating terrible (but delicious) foods and overall I've fallen out of my groove. I'm hoping to find my strong, my groove and my passion again. I really miss it.

When I'm feeling out of the groove picking up Runner's World magazine usually helps. They have some inspirational articles. I really do love that magazine! I think their latest edition was mainly about 1/2 marathons!

You're very welcome! I hope it helps! You can also try buying new workout gear whether it's shoes, running shorts, shirts, etc. Getting new gear always makes me want to go use it. Or you can try changing your running route.
