weekend.

This weekend was kind of a blast. I've enjoyed every moment of it and I'm not really looking forward to starting the work week. But, it's a short work week, so I won't complain too much! But, like I said, super fun weekend!

Friday night I went party shopping with Jenn. Tom's birthday brunch was Sunday and we had lots of work to do and groceries to buy. While buying an obscene amount of coffee creamer (we had super coupons), we stumbled onto the Christmas Eggnog display. Seriously. It's a bit early, don't ya think?!

Saturday I had the best bike ride that I've had in weeks. It was a glorious 12 miles. I loved every second of it, even the ones that were spent trying to see through the rain drops on my glasses. It started sprinkling about 2 miles in and continued to rain until I got home. If it wasn't for the rain I think I would have tried for 20 miles. In fact, one of the things on my to do list for today is to bike to my aunt's house, which is 17.1 miles away.

Carrot cake cupcakes for the birthday boy. Ugly I know but my oh my they were delicious.

Some band hero with my niece and Tom. We had a blast playing. It has been SO long since we played so it sounded awful and we failed out more than a few times. But we had fun.

In the car waiting for Jenni to come back to her house to let me in. Sending pictures to Mike who was away for the weekend with friends.
